Bandhan Bank board to review Q1 unaudited results

Bandhan Bank has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on July 18, 2025, in Kolkata, to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. In compliance with SEBI's Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, the bank has already notified stock exchanges regarding the closure of the trading window for designated persons, their relatives, auditors, and connected individuals. The window remains closed from July 1, 2025, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. Following the release of the unaudited results, Bandhan Bank will conduct an earnings call with analysts and investors on July 18, 2025, with further details to be disclosed in due course.
