Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd. has announced a board meeting scheduled for July 14, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The meeting will also address any other business with the permission of the Chairman/Chairperson. The company also noted that the trading window for dealing in company securities will remain closed from July 1, 2025, and will reopen 48 hours after the board meeting's conclusion, in compliance with SEBI regulations regarding insider trading. This is further to the company's previous announcement on June 27, 2025.
