Wipro to consider interim dividend and financial results

Wipro will convene a Board of Directors meeting on July 16-17, 2025, to review and approve the condensed audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The meeting will also address the possibility of declaring an interim dividend for the fiscal year 2025-26. The company has disclosed that the financial results are slated for approval on the evening of July 17, 2025. Wipro also announced that the trading window for company securities remains closed from June 16, 2025, until the close of business on July 19, 2025.
