Royal Orchid Hotels complies with SEBI regulations

Royal Orchid Hotels has announced its compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. The company has received a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, confirming the dematerialization of securities for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. According to the certificate, securities received from depository participants for dematerialization were confirmed with the depositories, and the certificates have been mutilated and cancelled after verification. The names of the depositories have been substituted in the register of members as the registered owner within 15 days. The company has requested that the exchange record the same.
