Popular Vehicles reschedules analyst and investor meetings

Popular Vehicles and Services Ltd. announced the rescheduling of its analyst and institutional investor meetings. Originally scheduled for Wednesday, July 9, 2025, starting at 11:00 am IST, the meetings have been moved to Friday, July 11, 2025, starting at 11:30 am IST. The change is attributed to some exigencies. The company clarified that discussions during the meetings will be based on publicly available information, and no unpublished price-sensitive information (UPSI) is intended to be disclosed during the interactions. This update is pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015.
