Omaxe expands significantly in Madhya Pradesh with new township

Omaxe Limited, through its subsidiaries, is set to develop a new integrated township in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The company has acquired a 450-acre land parcel along the Super Corridor and plans to invest INR1,200 crore in the project, which will feature residential, commercial, educational, and healthcare zones. The development is expected to generate INR2,500 crore in revenue over the next three years, with funding secured primarily through internal accruals. The township aims to support the region’s rapid urban growth and infrastructure transformation, with a focus on creating a sustainable urban ecosystem. This expansion builds on Omaxe's existing presence in Madhya Pradesh, where it has already developed several projects.
