NMDC assigns additional charge to Smt. Priyadarshini Gaddam

NMDC Limited (BSE:NMDC) has officially assigned the additional charge of Director (Finance) to Smt. Priyadarshini Gaddam, who currently serves as Director (Personnel), according to a filing released July 8, 2025. This appointment, communicated by the Ministry of Steel, Government of India, extends for a period of six months, commencing on June 6, 2025, and lasting until December 5, 2025, or until a permanent appointment is made. The decision is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
