Network18 board to review unaudited results on July 15

Network18 Media & Investments Limited announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for Tuesday, July 15, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter concluding on June 30, 2025. The announcement, made on July 8, 2025, also noted that the trading window for company securities has been closed since July 1, 2025, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the aforementioned financial results are made publicly available on July 15, 2025.
