Nelco board meeting scheduled to review financial results

Nelco has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on July 14, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. These results encompass both standalone and consolidated figures. In accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for company securities has been closed since June 24, 2025. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are officially disclosed to the Stock Exchanges. This announcement was made to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) under Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
