Mangalam Cement named preferred bidder for Rajasthan mining block

Mangalam Cement announced on July 8, 2025, that it has been declared the preferred bidder for the Nimana-Duniya Extension Block District Kota, following its participation in a forward e-auction held on July 4, 2025. The e-auction was conducted by the Government of Rajasthan through the MSTC's e-auction portal. Mangalam Cement secured this status with the Director of Mines & Geology, Government of Rajasthan. The company has officially informed the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) about this development under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
