Himadri board meeting set to approve financial results

Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. This announcement, made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, also included a notice regarding trading window closure. The trading window, which had been closed since July 1, 2025, will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned financial results.
