Geojit Financial Services board meeting scheduled for July 15

Geojit Financial Services has announced a meeting of its Board of Directors to be held on July 15, 2025, in Kochi. The primary agenda of the meeting is to review and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. In compliance with SEBI regulations regarding insider trading, the company has also stated that the trading window closure, which commenced on June 12, 2025, will remain in effect until 48 hours after the financial results are communicated to the stock exchanges.
