Dhanlaxmi Bank board to review unaudited financial results

Dhanlaxmi Bank has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for July 21, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. This announcement was made to comply with Regulations 29 and 50 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The bank has also confirmed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the bank is currently closed for directors, designated persons, insiders, and connected persons, remaining closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned financial results. This restriction began on July 1, 2025. Dhanlaxmi Bank had previously informed the stock exchanges of this closure via letter number SH:29/2025-26 dated June 27, 2025.
