CreditAccess Grameen has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on July 22, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2025. As previously announced on June 26, 2025, the trading window for company insiders remains closed from July 1, 2025, until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results, adhering to regulations on insider trading. This measure aims to ensure compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct and Fair Disclosure for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The official notification has been submitted to both the BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India.
