Container Corporation of India appoints new part-time director

Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) announced the appointment of Smt. Lovely Gupta as a Non-official part-time Director to its Board. The appointment, effective immediately, follows communication from the Ministry of Railways (MOR) via order number 2024/PL/57/41, dated July 7, 2025, indicating the President's approval. The tenure is set for one year or until further notice, whichever comes first. CONCOR affirmed that it is fulfilling all regulatory obligations outlined in the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and will file the required disclosures with the stock exchanges in due time. The announcement was made to both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India.
