Bikaji Foods appoints new registrar and share transfer agent

Bikaji Foods International Limited has announced the appointment of Beetal Financial and Computer Services Private Limited as its new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), replacing MUFG Intime India Private Limited. This change, approved during a board meeting on May 15, 2025, aims to comply with SEBI regulations. MUFG Intime will continue services until the electronic connectivity is fully transitioned to Beetal. The effective date of the RTA change will be communicated in due course.
