Benares Hotels to consider unaudited financial results

Benares Hotels has announced a board meeting scheduled for July 14, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter/period ended June 30, 2025. In compliance with SEBI regulations, the company has also notified the closure of the trading window for designated persons from June 24, 2025, to July 16, 2025. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are made public, specifically on July 17, 2025. This announcement was made by Vanika Mahajan, Company Secretary of Benares Hotels.
