Bajel Projects announces significant capacity expansion at Ranjangaon facility

Bajel Projects announced a major capacity expansion project at its Ranjangaon facility, as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. The expansion will increase the facility's galvanization capacity from the existing 40,500 MT per annum to 110,000 MT per annum upon completion. The company anticipates completing the expansion between Q4 FY26 and Q4 FY27 in phases. The investment is valued at INR170 crores, funded through internal accruals and debt. Bajel Projects aims to leverage this increased capacity to satisfy captive demand and capitalize on growing sales opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
