Automotive Axles announces 44th annual general meeting

Automotive Axles has announced its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 3:00 P.M (IST) via video conferencing and other audio-visual means. The company has set August 5, 2025, as the record date/cut-off date for determining eligibility for e-voting and final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval at the AGM. The notice of the AGM and the Annual Report for 2024-25 will be sent electronically to registered email IDs of the shareholders. Shareholders are advised to register or update their active email IDs and other KYC details by submitting KYC documents to the Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (RTA) of the Company.
