Aptus Value Housing Finance allots equity shares

Aptus Value Housing Finance India announced today the allotment of 32,500 equity shares, each with a face value of INR2, on July 08, 2025. The allotment was made pursuant to the exercise of stock options by employees under the Aptus Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021. Consequently, the company's paid-up share capital has increased from INR99,98,16,524 consisting of 49,99,08,262 equity shares to INR99,98,81,524 consisting of 49,99,40,762 equity shares. The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares. The company is completing formalities for listing the new securities.
