Sobha achieves record sales in first quarter of FY 2026

Sobha Limited reported a record quarterly real estate sales value of INR20.79 Bn for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026, surpassing the INR2,000 Crore milestone for the first time. A key contributor was the launch of SOBHA Aurum in Greater Noida, which witnessed strong demand. Sobha's total sales were supported by 1.44 million square feet of new sales area across operational markets, with an average realization of INR14,395 per square foot. Bangalore contributed INR6.024 mn, while Gurgaon improved to INR3.524 mn. The company completed 1.07 million square feet of saleable area during the quarter, delivering 594 homes. New launches included SOBHA Aurum in Greater Noida and additional towers at Marina One, Kochi.
