Religare Enterprises appoints new non-executive chairperson

Religare Enterprises announced today that Malay Kumar Sinha has been appointed as the Non-Executive Chairperson of the company, effective July 1, 2025, and serving until September 30, 2025. This follows the completion of the tenure of Praveen Kumar Tripathi as Chairperson on June 30, 2025, who was previously appointed on a rotational basis. The Board of Directors unanimously approved Sinha’s appointment. Tripathi will continue to serve as a Non-Executive & Independent Director on the Board. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
