Rajoo Engineers board meeting scheduled for July 12

Rajoo Engineers Limited announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Saturday, July 12, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The meeting will be held at the company’s registered office in Veraval Shapar, Rajkot. Additionally, the board will discuss any other business with the permission of the chair. The company also stated that the trading window for dealing in the company's shares has been closed for designated persons from July 1, 2025, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results.
