Punjab & Sind Bank AGM sets record date for final dividend

Punjab & Sind Bank announced that the record date for the purpose of Final Dividend for the FY 2024-25 will be Tuesday, July 29, 2025. The book closure period for dividend and the 15th Annual General Meeting will be from Wednesday, July 30, 2025, to Tuesday, August 5, 2025 (both days inclusive). The 15th Annual General Meeting of the shareholders will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means. The announcement was made to the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India.
