Nippon India Mutual Fund increases stake in ICRA Limited

Nippon India Mutual Fund has increased its stake in ICRA Limited, according to disclosures made under Regulation 29(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The transactions, executed between April 9, 2007, and July 3, 2025, involved open market purchases. As a result, Nippon India Mutual Fund's holding has risen to 498,094 shares, representing 5.1609% of ICRA's total share/voting capital. Prior to these acquisitions, the mutual fund held 303,188 shares, or 3.1414%. Simultaneously, Pari Washington India Master Fund has decreased its stake by selling shares, going from 804,710 shares to 607,052. ICRA's equity share capital remains at INR9,651,231.
