Motherson Sumi Wiring approves bonus share issue

Motherson Sumi Wiring India has received shareholder approval for the issuance of bonus shares, as per the postal ballot results announced on July 7, 2025. The resolution, relating to the issuance of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2, meaning one bonus share of Re. 1 each for every two existing equity shares, passed with a significant majority. Of the total 3,772 members voting in favor, representing 369,904,422,20 votes, 77 voted against the resolution, which accounts for 5,094,715,9 votes.
