MOIL appoints Kapil Kotecha as independent director

The company has confirmed that Shri Kotecha is not related to any current Director or Key Managerial Personnel and is not debarred from holding the office by any SEBI order. Shri Kotecha holds a Bachelor of Law degree and has extensive business experience in marketing and commercial law. The appointment is subject to necessary regulatory approvals.
