Kotak Mahindra Bank board meeting set for July 26

Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced a board meeting scheduled for Saturday, July 26, to review and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30. The announcement, filed with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), also noted that the trading window for the bank's securities will be closed from July 1 until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, in compliance with SEBI's insider trading regulations. The bank has also posted this notice on its website.
