IREDA board meeting scheduled to approve audited financial results

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on July 10, 2025, to consider and approve the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. In compliance with SEBI regulations, the company has already closed its trading window for dealing in company securities from July 1, 2025, until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The stock exchange has already been informed of this closure through a letter dated June 25, 2025.
