Integra Engineering confirms compliance with depository regulations

Integra Engineering India has announced that it is compliant with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. The confirmation, dated July 7, 2025, was submitted to the BSE Limited, and it encloses the certificate received from MUFG Intime India, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent. The certificate verifies that securities received for dematerialization during the quarter ending June 30, 2025, were duly processed and confirmed to the depositories. It also states that the security certificates were mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the depositories were substituted in the register of members.
