Indian Hume Pipe announces strong profit and dividend

** Indian Hume Pipe (IHP) has announced its 99th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 1, 2025, where shareholders will consider approving a final dividend of INR 5.80 per share. The strong financial performance for the year ended March 31, 2025, shows a significant surge in profit before tax to INR 663.29 million, compared to INR 103.49 million in the previous year. Net profit after tax jumped to INR 558.05 million from INR 77.63 million. This growth was significantly boosted by an exceptional item: a gain of INR 545.22 million from the sale of the company's land in Yelahanka, Bengaluru. Revenue from operations increased to INR 14,912.31 million. The Board recommends the re-appointment of Director Mayur R. Doshi and the appointment of M/s JHR & Associates as Secretarial Auditor.
