Heubach Colorants shareholders approve board appointments via postal ballot

Heubach Colorants India announced the successful completion of its postal ballot, with shareholders approving all resolutions related to board appointments. The remote e-voting process, conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements, concluded on July 6, 2025. Key approvals included the appointment of Rajesh Rathi as Non-Executive Director, and the appointments of Amitabha Mukhopadhyay and Naresh Raisinghani, and Anu Wakhlu as Independent Directors. Mandar Velankar has also been appointed as Non-Executive Director. The results, scrutinized by Bhadresh Shah & Associates, show overwhelming support for all resolutions, with over 99% of votes cast in favor. The company reported that a total of 1,36,87,305 votes were polled, with 1,36,22,791 votes in favor. The results have been submitted to the BSE and NSE.
