GIC Housing Finance board meeting set to review results

GIC Housing Finance has announced a meeting of its Board of Directors scheduled for August 12, 2025. The meeting, conducted via hybrid mode, will focus on approving and recording the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, subject to review by the Statutory Auditor. The company also informed that the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the Company remains closed from June 27, 2025 to August 14, 2025, inclusive, in accordance with SEBI's Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations.
