Five-star Business Finance allots shares under stock option plan

Five-Star Business Finance announced the allotment of 2,610 equity shares on July 7, 2025, under its Five-Star Associate Stock Option Scheme 2018. The decision was made by the Business & Resource Committee of the Board. This allotment increases the company's paid-up share capital from INR 29,44,39,835 consisting of 29,44,39,835 equity shares to INR 29,44,42,445 consisting of 29,44,42,445 equity shares. The allotted shares will rank equally with existing equity shares. The exercise price for the allotted options was INR 67.44 for 450 shares, and INR 1 for 2160 shares. The company is finalizing the listing formalities for the newly allotted shares.
