The announcement follows a discrepancy noted by the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) regarding the elevation date of Mrs. Manjiri Muzumdar to the position of Head of Sales Trading. The company had originally stated the date as June 2, 2025, but has corrected it to July 3, 2025. In addition to Mrs. Muzumdar's promotion, Mr. Mukesh Kumar has been elevated to Head of Domestic Sales. Both promotions are considered changes in senior management under SEBI regulations. The company has resubmitted the revised details to comply with listing regulations and SEBI circulars.
