CFF Fluid Control holds thirteenth annual general meeting

CFF Fluid Control Limited convened its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, July 7, 2025, conducted through video conferencing. The meeting addressed and adopted the audited financial statements for the year ending March 31, 2025, along with the board's and auditors' reports. Shareholders also approved the reappointment of Shri Sunil Menon, DIN-00409485, as a director retiring by rotation and confirmed the payment of final dividend for the fiscal year 2024-25. Remuneration for the cost auditor for the year 2025-26 was also approved. A total of 27 members attended, including two directors, with remote e-voting being facilitated before and during the meeting. The company secretary addressed member queries.
