Ceat director resigns, committees reconstituted effective July 8

Ceat has announced the resignation of Mr. Paras K. Chowdhary from his position as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, effective close of business hours on July 7, 2025. Mr. Chowdhary, holding DIN 00076807, also ceased to be a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee. According to the company, Mr. Chowdhary cited personal exigencies as the reason for his resignation, precluding him from dedicating sufficient time to his functions on the board.
