Castrol India board meeting scheduled for August 5th

Castrol India has announced a meeting of its Board of Directors scheduled for August 5, 2025. The meeting will address the approval of the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending June 30, 2025. The board will also consider an interim dividend for the financial year 2025, if applicable. In the event of an interim dividend declaration, the record date to determine shareholder eligibility has been set for Monday, August 11, 2025.
