United Breweries to hold AGM via video conference

United Breweries Limited has announced that its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 7, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. (IST) via video conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). This meeting will address the company's business as outlined in the AGM notice, and will also discuss the board's recommendation of a dividend of INR 10 per equity share with a face value of INR 1 each (1,000%) for the financial year ending March 31, 2025, pending shareholder approval. The dividend, if approved, will be paid by September 4, 2025. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on Thursday, July 31, 2025, will be eligible for the dividend. The notice of the AGM and the annual report will be available on the company's website, as well as on the websites of the Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL), the BSE Ltd, and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
