Saint-Gobain Sekurit India announces annual general meeting

Saint-Gobain Sekurit India has announced its 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. IST via video conferencing. The company sent the AGM notice and its annual report to shareholders electronically on July 5, 2025. Shareholders as of the cut-off date of July 23, 2025, can cast their votes electronically between July 27 and July 29. E-voting facilities will also be available during the AGM, but shareholders who voted remotely cannot vote again at the meeting. The AGM's results and scrutiny report will be posted on the company's website and sent to the stock exchange by August 1, 2025.
