Dhanuka Agritech announces 40th AGM and final dividend details

Dhanuka Agritech has announced its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for August 1, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. (IST). The meeting will be conducted via video conferencing to comply with regulatory circulars allowing AGMs without physical presence. Shareholders with registered email addresses have been sent electronic copies of the AGM notice and the integrated annual report for FY 2024-25. Those without registered email addresses will receive a physical letter with access details.
