Thermax schedules 44th AGM, releases annual report for FY 2024-25

Thermax Limited has announced its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on July 31, 2025, at 4.30 p.m. IST via video conferencing and other audio-visual means (VC/OAVM). Shareholders will have the opportunity to participate electronically. Key items on the agenda include the approval of audited financial statements for FY 2024-25 and the declaration of a dividend of INR 14 per equity share. Other special business that will be undertaken at the 44th AGM are about the appointment of Statutory Auditors for a period of five years commencing from conclusion of the 44th AGM. The cut-off date for determining eligibility for the dividend and e-voting is set as July 4, 2025. The remote e-voting period will commence on July 28, 2025 and conclude on July 30, 2025.
