Shyam Metalics appoints Brij Bhushan Agarwal as chairman

Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited has announced the successful appointment of Mr. Brij Bhushan Agarwal (DIN: 01125056) as the Executive Chairman & Managing Director, effective May 10, 2025. The decision was ratified by the company's shareholders through a postal ballot, in compliance with regulatory requirements set forth by SEBI. This included Regulation 30 and Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
