RIR Power Electronics announces record date for bonus issue

RIR Power Electronics Limited has announced the record date for its upcoming bonus issue. In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company stated that Friday, July 11th, 2025, will be the record date to ascertain shareholders entitled to receive bonus equity shares. This bonus issue will be in the ratio of 1:1. The paid-up value per equity share is INR10. The announcement was made pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
