MBL Infrastructure appoints Mukesh Kumar Jain as director

MBL Infrastructure has announced the appointment of Mukesh Kumar Jain as an Additional and Independent Director, effective July 5, 2025, for a term of five years. Subject to shareholder approval, Mr. Jain's appointment brings over 40 years of experience in national highway project execution, planning, and management. Mr. Jain, a B. Tech graduate from IIT Delhi, has held key leadership positions including as Chief General Manager at NHAI. MBL Infrastructure confirms that Mr. Jain is unrelated to existing directors and is not debarred by SEBI. The company has informed the BSE and NSE about this appointment, adhering to Regulation 30 of SEBI guidelines. The Board of Directors approved the appointment.
