Jupiter Wagons confirms compliance with SEBI regulations

Jupiter Wagons Limited has confirmed its compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company stated that it has received confirmation from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, KFin Technologies Limited, regarding the dematerialization and rematerialization of securities during the reporting period. Jupiter Wagons has forwarded this compliance certificate to both the BSE and National Stock Exchange (NSE) for their records.
