Jaiprakash Power Ventures holds 30th annual general meeting

Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited successfully conducted its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 5, 2025, through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), complying with directives from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). A total of 107 shareholders attended via video conferencing, with 1 participant from the promoter group. Key agenda items included adopting the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, and the re-appointment of retiring directors Shri Manoj Gaur and Shri Praveen Kumar Singh.
