ICRA Limited has released its Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report for the financial year 2024-25, in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations. The report, which is part of ICRA's annual report, is available on the company's website. ICRA's subsidiary, ICRA ESG Ratings Limited, recently received approval from SEBI to act as a Category-I ESG Rating Provider. ICRA's CSR policy prioritizes UN Sustainable Development Goals through initiatives like education, employment, and women empowerment. The company’s turnover for the reporting period stood at INR 28,672.64 lakhs, with a net worth of INR 80,616.92 lakhs. In terms of ratings and ancillary services ICRA contributed 59% of revenue with research and analytics making up 41%.
