Hercules Hoists confirms compliance with depository regulations

Hercules Hoists has announced its compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company has received confirmation from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, that securities received for dematerialization were duly processed and confirmed to the depositories. MUFG Intime also verified that security certificates received for dematerialization were appropriately handled, and the register of members was updated accordingly. The announcement, dated July 5, 2025, was submitted to both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange India Limited.
