Zeal Global Opportunities Fund has disclosed an increase in its stake in Ind-Swift Laboratories through the conversion of warrants into equity shares. The acquisition involved 2,468,000 equity shares, representing 3.67% of the company's total paid-up share capital. With this conversion, Zeal Global's total holding in Ind-Swift Laboratories has risen from 2.53% to 5.95% of the equity. Following the acquisition, Zeal Global Opportunities Fund holds 4,000,000 shares in the company. The company's equity share capital after the transaction is INR 67,21,07,360.00, comprising 67,210,736 equity shares of face value INR 10.00 each.
